About Us

Mr Sesinyi is chartered accountant, and registered chartered auditor with the Lesotho Institute of Accountants. He holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Robert Gordon University, UK. He also holds an International an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (Transfer Pricing) from the Chartered Institute of Taxation, UK. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with the UNICAF University, Zambia.

He is the Partner and founder of CGT & Associates Chartered Accountants and has extensive experience in various areas including, but not limited to: external auditing, financial analysis/planning, individual and consolidated financial statements, SOP writing, accounting policies and procedures, budgeting, cash flows, taxation, payroll, and business process improvements.

Previously, he has worked as a Manager – Audit & Assurance at New Dawn Chartered Accountants responsible for the overall service delivery of audit assignments including presentation of audit matters to those charged with governance. He served clients across Lesotho spanning a wide variety of industries; petroleum, Insurance, mining, manufacturing, public sector, retailing, and consumer products, not for profit making and parastatals.

In addition to his client serving role, he is a council member of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants, Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee and member of the practicing members committee and member of the Audit and Risk committee both sub-committees of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants. He previously served on the professional and public standards committee and members admission committee. He currently serves also as a member of the Lesotho Red Cross finance and audit committee member and Audit Committee member of the Phuthalichaba Credit and Savings Corporative (Pty) Ltd.
